A sisterhood for women ready to grow in confidence, performance, discipline, and feminine presence.

Heels Pro Team was created for women who are ready to take their dance journey to the next level in a supportive, structured, and empowering environment.

We are officially moving into a rolling audition model, allowing aspiring members to audition year-round through our virtual submission process.

WHY THE CHANGE?

At Heels Pro Team, we believe growth should feel intentional — not chaotic.

Our new audition process allows us to:

• maintain a positive and supportive team culture

• intentionally select women who align with our values

• create a more personal audition experience

• welcome new members throughout the season as openings become available

This process also allows women who may feel nervous about large in-person auditions the opportunity to still be seen, considered, and celebrated.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

We are looking for women who are:

• coachable

• committed

• respectful

• passionate about growth

• team-oriented

• willing to practice independently

• excited to perform and evolve confidently

You do NOT need to be a professional dancer to apply.

Confidence, commitment, energy, and attitude matter just as much as technique.

HOW ROLLING AUDITIONS WORK:

STEP 1:Submit your online audition application.

STEP 2:Upload your virtual audition video.

Your submission may include:

• freestyle

• choreography

• performance quality

• stage presence

• personality and confidence

STEP 3: Selected applicants may be invited to:

• a team practice

• callback session

• trial experience

• virtual interview

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A TEAM MEMBER
